Product Overview
The Schneider Electric LADS2 is a TeSys D / TeSys Deca pneumatic time-delay auxiliary contact block designed for installation on compatible industrial contactors and control relays. It provides one normally open and one normally closed contact (1NO + 1NC) with an adjustable 1-30 second on-delay function. The module is specifically designed for appropriate star-delta motor starter applications, with a manufacturer-specified 40 ± 15 ms switching interval between NC contact opening and NO contact closing. The delayed switching sequence helps coordinate starter control, subject to contactor ratings and manufacturer application requirements. The module uses front clip-on mounting and screw clamp terminals. Compatible product families include selected TeSys Deca LC1D and CAD devices and TeSys F LC1F and CR1F contactors. Its conventional free-air thermal current is 10 A at 60°C, with operational switching current determined by utilization category and voltage.
