Product Overview
The AirTAC HFZ20
is a double-acting parallel pneumatic air gripper
from the AirTAC HFZ Series, designed for
compatible industrial compressed-air
automation systems.
It features a 20 mm cylinder bore
and a 10 mm combined jaw opening/closing stroke
with a two-finger parallel gripping mechanism.
The gripper operates within a specified pressure
range of 0.15-0.7 MPa (1.5-7 bar)
and uses M5 × 0.8 pneumatic ports
for compatible air connections.
The ball-bearing linear guide
provides guided parallel finger movement,
while the integrated positioning structure
supports accurate installation.
At the manufacturer's specified test condition
of 75 psi and gripping point L = 20 mm,
the gripper provides an effective gripping force
of 45 N per finger for external gripping
and 68 N per finger for internal gripping.
The HFZ Series includes an integrated magnet
for compatible position sensing arrangements.
Sensor switches are ordered separately.
