Original Condition
Returned products should remain in the original unopened and unmarked carton and in a condition suitable for resale.
Prior Approval
Contact Yingzhou and obtain RMA or return instructions before shipping any product back.
Return Shipping
Return freight is prepaid by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Inspection
Returned products are subject to inspection after receipt before any applicable credit is processed.
Restocking Charge
Valid non-warranty returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.
Original Shipping
Original shipping, freight and related delivery charges are not refundable.
Products with opened seals, labels or markings added to the carton, or other conditions affecting resale, may not qualify for return credit.
