Product Overview

The Omron CP1W-16ER is a SYSMAC CP1W Series 16-point relay output expansion unit designed to expand the digital output capacity of compatible Omron programmable logic controllers. The module provides 16 electromechanical relay outputs and does not contain digital input points. Its relay contacts are suitable for supported AC and DC switching applications within the manufacturer-specified output ratings. The rated resistive load is 2A at 250V AC or 24V DC, subject to individual contact, common terminal and total load restrictions. The CP1W-16ER connects to supported PLC CPUs through the CP1W expansion interface and receives its internal power through the compatible controller expansion system. Manufacturer-listed internal current consumption is 0.042A at 5V DC and 0.090A at 24V DC.
